Refund policy

If the items you receive are incorrect or faulty, please contact team@captaincaps.co within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please include your contact details and original invoice number as well as photos of the item being returned. 

Captain Caps asks you to choose your items with care to avoid unnecessary return of goods. Please use the capsule size chart on the home page to assist you with the correct size capsule you require.

Please help us to assist you by contacting us prior to ordering to ensure you order the most suitable product for your requirements. If you order the wrong size, you are responsible.

Items being returned must be in original condition they were sent for a full refund. Returns must be received within 2 weeks of approval and moneys are credited using the method of payment that was originally transacted in.

Please pack the goods using the original packaging and return to our address, including invoice that was included in the box. We recommend that you use a registered post or track-able courier as Captain Caps takes no responsibility for returned items lost in transit. 

The cost of returning the goods will be refunded if the product is deemed faulty. For change of mind returns the cost of return shipping and reshipping is to be paid by the buyer.
